SHIPPING AND RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Midwest Appliance Parts Co, Inc., including its dba Parts4Chefs, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will also be paid if the return is a result of an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or damaged item). Items that have been installed cannot be returned for a refund; however, all parts carry a warranty through their manufacturer for a minimum of 90 days. Parts that are defective within their warranty period will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Some items may have special return policies. Contact us for more details.

Refund Policy
Items that meet our return guidelines will receive a full refund. Some items may not be eligible for a refund, or may only be eligible to receive a partial refund:
- Any unopened, non-installed item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: See RMA form for exact policy.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: No refund.
- Items returned for reasons other than the result of our error will be subject to a restocking fee.
- We recommend that return shipments be insured in the event of damage or loss by the carrier.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of receipt of the return. This timeline includes transit time (5 to 10 business days), return processing (3 to 5 business days), and bank processing time (5 to 10 business days).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The seller, Midwest Appliance Parts Co, Inc., including its dba Parts4Chefs, expressly conditions its acceptance of the buyer's order on the terms and conditions outlined here. Buyer’s acceptance of any products supplied by the seller constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
- Terms for approved accounts are net 10th of the month following purchase. No cash discounts are permitted.
- All prices are subject to change without notice, and shipments will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Buyer agrees to pay according to the seller’s terms. Failure to make timely payments will render the entire account due immediately, and the seller may impose service charges at the maximum rate permitted by law.
SHIPPING
- All shipments are F.O.B. the seller’s warehouse. Delivery of goods to the initial carrier constitutes delivery to the buyer.
- Claims for loss or damage during transit must be filed directly with the carrier.
INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE
- Claims for damage, shortage, or errors must be reported within one (1) day following delivery.
- Buyer has seven (7) days to inspect products for defects or nonconformance. After this period, products are deemed irrevocably accepted.
WARRANTY
The buyer's sole and exclusive warranty is that provided by the product's manufacturer. The seller makes no expressed or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
GOVERNING LAW
All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, excluding its choice of law provisions. Any action arising out of or related to this transaction must be brought within three (3) months of the invoice date.
INDEMNIFICATION
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Midwest Appliance Parts Co, Inc., including its dba Parts4Chefs, against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from improper use or installation of the products.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions constitute the complete agreement between the parties. No modifications are valid unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.
SUBSTITUTION AND SUPERCESSION
- Midwest Appliance Parts Co, Inc., including Parts4Chefs, reserves the right to substitute replacement parts for items ordered at its discretion.
- The seller also reserves the right to supercede part numbers updated by the OEM manufacturer.
